Stephanie A. Shriver

Ms. Shriver was raised on a small farm in Western Maryland. As a young adult, Ms. Shriver moved to Pittsburgh, and made it her home. Ms. Shriver is a graduate of University of Pittsburgh, where she earned her degree in Political Science. After attending the University of Pittsburgh, she attended Duquesne University School of Law.

During law school, Ms. Shriver was fortunate enough to work as a legal extern for Allegheny County Common Pleas Judge Alexander Bicket. After concluding her externship, Ms. Shriver gained valuable experience in the field of criminal law by serving as a clerk at Worgul, Sarna and Ness. This clerkship played a significant role in furthering her education and expertise in the practice of criminal law. Upon graduation from Duquesne University School of Law, and passage of the Pennsylvania Bar, Ms. Shriver worked for the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office for over two years. During her time as a prosecutor, Ms. Shriver prosecuted hundreds of cases ranging from Driving Under the Influence to Aggravated Assault cases. Additionally, Ms. Shriver is actively involved in local politics.

Ms. Shriver joined Maknoon and Associates in 2022 due to its reputation for zelously fighting cases and knowledge of the law and procedure. She has since represented clients in both federal and state court in Pennsylvania.
